St. Anthony's Residential Home is to be located on the Verna Plateau Verna, Goa, INDIA , in close proximity to the Verna Church and the site of the first mass celebrated by the Portuguese in Salcete Taluka in the year 1519! The land at Survey No. 25 of Verna village, which is approximately 6000 square metres, has been acquired for the proposed project. It is planned that the Residential Home will have all the facilities i.e a pharmacy, supermarket, restaurant, laundry facilities, library, dentistry, flobotomy (blood testing facilities), optician, hair & beauty salon etc... Moreover, its location as part of the hospital will ensure that residents are assured of any specialised medical treatment and urgent medical attention that they may require from time to time.
