A bit about us

"A few years ago my wife Anastasia Leonora was critically ill. A major operation and six chemotherapy sessions and a further major operation to remove her spleen has kept her going. The day she came out from the surgery at St Anthony's Hospital in Cheam, I made her a promise to build a Hospital like St Anthony's in Goa , a Care Home and a Hospital. A place where the over 50's can relax and enjoy life without having to be dependant on their children. The over 50's will be able to buy a permanent care apartment which can be sold off by their heirs when the parents pass away. The Care Home will be fully air-conditioned, have full time nursing, cleaning, laundry, restaurant and a nursing hospital."

The promoters of this project are Goan NRIs, settled in Britain for the last two decades, where they have been successfully engaged in trade and business, with a strong presence in Wholesale and retailing.

Hailing originally from the village of Verna in Salcete taluka in South Goa, they have, over the years maintained close links with their roots. Even today, they have several successful business enterprises in Verna.
